In our search for the most fun and best tasting outdoor cooking experience, we have concluded that our ancient ancestors from around the world got it right centuries ago. Great baking and high temperature cooking is best accomplished in an earthen oven.

Our wood burning pizza and bread ovens can cook much more than pizza and breads. In our outdoor kitchens you can bake a chicken, slow roast a pork tenderloin or braze the most tender shish-ka-bobs. Focaccia and flat breads can be baked with a wood oven in a few short minutes.

The textures and flavors of foods prepared in a genuine wood oven simply cannot be achieved in “modern cooking appliances”. Thermal mass and heat from glowing wood embers contribute to great flavors and amazing cooking speed. Our wood and propane pizza ovens can reach a baking temperature of 550 degrees in as little as 40 minutes. The heat from the oven floor creates a crisp crust while the intense radiant heat from above cooks deeply into the food. The amount of smokiness in the flavors can be controlled with cooking time and temperature, type of wood and flame control.
